Our shop and classroom are on the first floor of Normandy House and, frustratingly, there is no lift.

If stairs are a barrier

Please contact us before your visit and tell us what would help. We can bring products down to the ground floor, help you browse and order online, or arrange local delivery where we can.

Click and collect is available, and we can bring your order down to the ground floor when you arrive.

Classes and events

Our classroom is also upstairs unless an event listing says otherwise. If you have access requirements or are unsure whether a session will work for you, please contact us before booking so we can give you clear information.
